By accessing or using Wezapay, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform.

These terms explain your rights and responsibilities while using Wezapay. Please review them carefully before continuing.

Accounts and Activation
New users can complete up to 5 survey attempts after registration and email verification, then the one-time KSh 350 activation fee is required before survey 6 and other locked features.
Activation fees are non-refundable once your account is activated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account activity.

Earnings and Withdrawals
Earnings come from approved surveys, videos, and referrals according to platform rules.
Withdrawals are processed via M-Pesa and are subject to current limits shown in your dashboard.
The current minimum withdrawal threshold is KSh 1,500.
Wezapay may review transactions and pause suspicious activity for fraud prevention.

User Conduct
Using multiple accounts, automation tools, or fraudulent methods to earn rewards is prohibited.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
